NEW: Compassion Fund for Home Health Patients - Help our patients stay independent

Help our patients stay in their own home with dignity.

As the only non-profit Home Health agency in the Hill Country, Peterson Health offers exceptional, compassionate, patient-centered care by providing services that support patients to remain in their own homes during their recovery from an illness or injury. At Peterson Home Care, we have the unique opportunity to truly step into another individual’s world. Our patients open the doors of their homes and allow us, even for a brief moment, exposure to some of the most vulnerable areas of their lives. While we are referred to provide medical care, we take pride in the opportunity to provide personal care, to get to know our patients and to develop relationships that go beyond bandages and medications. Our Compassion Fund allows us to assist our Home Health patients with some essentials they are not able to provide themselves. Some of these items may include adaptive equipment or minor home modifications or repairs to remain in the home, utility bills, or even groceries. Peterson Home Health works to keep patients independent and our Compassion Fund allows us to further these healthy outcomes with an improved quality of life.
